How do I Login to the Client Portal?

1. Navigate here or click the Client Portal button on the menu above.

2. Enter your Username, Password and click Login to insert your Pin.

How do I view my Invoices & Statements?

1. Login to your account.

2. Navigate to Services, then Account.

3. On the left are 3 horizontal lines, this will open the menu.

4. You can access both Statements and Invoices from the Reports sub-menu.

 

How do I view my Reports?

1. Login to your account.

2. Navigate to Services, then Cashnet.

3. On the left are 3 horizontal lines, this will open the menu.

4. You can access Current Deposits, Previous Deposits and Bag Closure Report from the Reports sub-menu.

 

How do I make payments?

1. Login to your account.

2. Navigate to Services, then Payments.

3. On the left are 3 horizontal lines, this will open the menu.

4. You can access both Creditorss and Salaries from this menu.

TO PAY CREDITORS

5. To Create a Creditor, click ‘Add a Creditor’.

6. To create a Creditor Payment Batch, choose which creditors you would like to pay and then click ‘Add Selected to Batch’.

TO PAY SALARIES

7. To create an Employee, select ‘Add Employee.’

8. To create a Salary Payment, select ‘Add Salary Batch.’

9. Select a date for payment to be made, then click ‘Submit.’

10. Add the Salaries you would like to pay to the Salary Batch.

FOR BOTH CREDITORS & SALARIES

11. Once your payments are loaded, you will need to authorise them.
