Graeme Holmes

Managing director

Graeme has 25 years’ experience in the Banking Industry and specifically the Payments industry.

In the early days of his career he worked at FNB SmartBox in cash management. He was formerly an executive at Nedbank and is a past Chairman of the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). He is a Chartered Accountant, attended the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at INSEAD (France) and has a Master’s in Management by Research (MMR) from Wits Business School.

Graeme relocated to Makhanda (Grahamstown) in 2017 and spent 4 years active in that community. He established The Grahamstown Project, was CEO of the Khanya Trade Skills School and lectured at Rhodes Business School.

He continues as an independent member of the Finance & General Purposes sub-committee of the Rhodes University Council. He returned to Johannesburg in 2022 and worked with Cashnet Logistics as a consultant for Payz (Pty) Ltd. He was appointed Managing Director of Cashnet Logistics in April 2023.

Wayne Adendorff

Wayne has in excess of 25 years sales and marketing experience having worked in the financial service industry for a large portion of this. Wayne joined the Cashnet Logistics team in 2011 and has watched the business grow from strength to strength first hand.

Moreover, I believe that collaboration and effective teamwork are essential for success. Monique comes from an Insurance & Investment background with 12 years of Client & Business development experience. In 2020 she was appointed as the Sales coordinator in the Sales Dept at Cashnet Logistics.

As a financial sales consultant at CashNet Logistics for five years, he excels in managing sales territories, forging new leads, and tailoring presentations. His entrepreneurial flair shined as the owner of a food franchise, a thriving venture that he is nurtured for over a decade, reflecting his commitment to excellence.

Greg’s path includes roles like sales consultant at Henchem, where he played a pivotal role in driving business expansion. As a key account manager at Spark ATM Systems, his sales acumen garnered accolades. His tenure as group business development manager at Phumelela Gaming and Leisure Limited underscores his strategic skill in new business initiatives.

I started with Cashnet in March 2019. I do the invoicing / billing and debtors and assist with account queries. I have worked in different industries as a personal assistant / accounts administrator: estates / building and construction / mining & metals / shipping and freight / financial. I also have some website and graphic designing experience.

René has over 20 years experience in Administration, Office Assistance, Personal Assistance and Customer Service in the Cash Management Services, Financial Services, Banking, Recruitment and Corporate Industry. René was appointed as a Settlements Administrator at Cashnet Logistics in March 2015. She has over 8 years experience as a Settlements Administrator at Cashnet Logistics.

Corne Potas

Corne Potas is a highly efficient research and developer with more than 8 years of experience in Cashnet Logistics which includes daily business operations, client management, overseeing all aspects of planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, shipping, receiving, technical support, troubleshooting and process development and improvement.

Theresa Banks

Theresa comes from a security and cash background with 27 years’ experience in Sales and Security Industry. Starting at Coin Security in 1996 in Cash in transit Sales Division later moving to Fidelity Guarding and Cash n transit Sales for many years then on to Management. After a long career at Fidelity Theresa moved into the Cash Solution industry and later in 2014 joined Cashnet Logistics. Theresa is currently based in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape.
